1.  Needs assessment:  detailed assessment of your wants and needs in a new home, your timeline, priorities and expectations for the buying experience.
2.  Advice: whether you are a first time buyer, a seasoned investor, relocating, upsizing, downsizing, etc., we will help you set goals and priorities for the buying experience.
3. Discuss current market conditions that will affect your purchasing decisions.
4.  Set up a personalized search based on your criteria, so we are notified of any new listings that come on the market, new market data such as price changes, and 24-48 hours before they are on Realtor.ca.

7.  Listen. The first shopping trip is the most important - We will learn what you like, what is important to you, and the style of properties that you like the best.  This will help us to narrow the search to help you find the best property.
8.  Research the communities, amenities, zoning and other factors affecting your favourite locations.
